AOL / UnitOneNine
UnitOneNine is an interactive design firm based in Chicago. As part of a long-standing relationship with AOL, they do a lot of work including much of their AIM Expressions designs for clients such as Ford, T-Mobile, and Tommy Hilfiger.
UnitOneNine was looking for an internal collaboration tool to help manage assets and communication with AOL. Black Ant Media converted UnitOneNine's Photoshop mockups into a clean, CSS-driven layout and then built in the dynamic elements allowing users to contribute notes and upload artwork.
A sprinkling of AJAX coding made the application easier to use and, more importantly, made the AOL and UnitOneNine workflow smoother and more enjoyable.
